Hello and welcome,
I can’t believe the end of summer is here! My husband and I moved to Keizer about two years ago now and are blessed with wonderful neighbors. I had the pleasure of getting to know one set of neighbors a little more through a recent photo shoot.
The kids, you guys...LOOK how adorable they are!! And boy are each of their personalities unique!
The oldest told me his whole life story on the way to our second location. Ha! He is such a character. Such a beautiful soul, and a very good listener!
The second youngest was quieter and more reserved, but you could sense the fearless and determined look behind his eyes. It came through when he was running around or making the silliest faces. Additionally throwing rocks in the river at our second location was quite the pastime.
Little sister, the youngest, definitely a daddy's girl! And look at those little curls!
There's nothing like a sibling bond. During the shoot, these kids were chatting it up with each other. Laughing, tickling, and sharing little inside jokes. They loved yelling "Banana!" for the camera which made them all giggle and squirm. I loved capturing this moment for them. These are the kind of pictures that give me goosebumps. Something they can look back on in 20 years and feel that same love and fun they did in this moment.
Let’s not forget the wonderful couple. Upon arriving at the meeting location, I was greeted with tons of smiles. Mom and I chatted on the way to the first location about the family and life. Her voice is sweet and kind which matches her laugh. During the shoot, Mom and Dad were both in tuned with each other on what the kids needed during the shoot. They knew exactly what to say to get the kids to understand what I was saying!
That about wraps up another blog and another wonderful family session. I’m looking forward to the next sessions I have coming up in September and October, as well as my one year anniversary with my husband. How time flies.
If you would like to book a session with me please feel free to reach out either through my website, email, instagram, or facebook. Take care :)
