A Beautiful Sunday Morning.
It's officially starting to get warm out and that means the busy season is beginning for us photographers. I am in love with this time of year. Flowers are blooming, there is fresh mowed lawn smell in the air, and hummingbirds are fighting over the feeder. I love rolling my windows down and opening the sunroof to breathe in the wonderful smells and let my hair fly in the wind. Which reminds me to bring something up. Alright, I'm going to share a secret. I used to be ashamed of it, but now I am an adult and get to do my own things! Here we go.. I turn on the air conditioning WHILE I have my windows down. I know.... Didn't our parents make a big deal about that? Like it costs gas to use the air conditioning? Well, I'm sweating but I still want the fresh air. So, I'm going with having the windows down AND having the air conditioning on..
Ok, let's climb out of the rabbit hole and get back to photography.
We had SUCH great weather for a wonderful family session. It couldn't have been better. As mom came up to greet me, I see little sister running behind the bushes with THE cutest yellow rain boots on and big brother coming out to say a very polite hello. Both kids full of life and ready for some fun.
You never know how kids are going to be during a session. Sometimes the sessions closely resemble herding cats. But sometimes they don't! These wonderful kiddos were a dream. You can tell they adored their mom because the connection between them was so apparent. Not to mention, big brother regularly coming to the rescue with getting his sister to smile.
When I first met this wonderful mom, I could tell she was a strong independent woman. She not only started her own lash business but has worked her way up to her current position in a real estate business. The attitude she has is "work for it, or don't get to where you want to be." I love this so much because one of my passions right now is to take control of my life and make it what I want it to be. Be intentional and work for what you want. This loving mom is so inspiring, and I am truly grateful she is one of my clients.
Thanks all for reading and thank you to the Haro family for a wonderful session. Until next time...
